Do I need my own equipment?
  • Nope. I provide a full home gym setup — barbells, rowing machine, you name it.
Can you train more than one person?
  • Can you train more than one person?
Do you have a gym, or where do we train?
  • Most of my clients train in their garage, backyard, or a designated park.
Do I have to commit to the same time every week?
  • I do offer some flexibility. Many of my clients travel for work or have busy weeks, so I work with them to adjust when possible.
Will lifting heavy weight make me bulky (for women)?
  • Lifting heavy weights is not that simple, will not make you bulky, and actually what you need contrary to cardio & high reps belief.
Have you worked with pregnant, senior, kids, or post operation clients before?
  • I have been training for 10 years worked with all demographics and populations
